Blackwings - TCG/OCG - April 2014

Hi there guys! I haven't played Yu-Gi-Oh! since last format and this was my only competitive deck. Could you suggest any changes that I could make to the deck so that it can play well against the meta this format? Thanks!

Pm me on dueling network sometime. I'm a self-proclaimed genius on Blackwings, and I believe I deserve that title. I really am quite good with them and I've built about 15 different Blackwing decks. The username is just [AoH] Darton.
